Hey I weighed my self again today and saw I’ve lost 5 pounds. Going into this work out I did envision lossing any weight, but to my surprise am loising weight. I mainly eat or should say drink a shake in the mornings for breakfast. See day 3 of the 30 day Ab Challenge for ingredients and photo.
Some of the foods I’m eating to keep my weight in check are Salmon, Chicken breast, and vegetables. I’ll have broiled salmon a baked sweet potatoe broccoli, or streamed zucchini or yellow squash.
Some days I’ll do chicken breast cooked down with onions, yellow or red peppers seasoned with garlic herbs etc and have that with the usual suspects, yep my zucchini or yellow squash.
