And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate<br \/>\nanti-depressant.<\/p>\n<p>* Live with the 3 E&#8217;s: Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.<\/p>\n<p>* Spend more time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.<\/p>\n<p>* Dream more while you are awake.<\/p>\n<p>* Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat fewer foods that are manufactured in plants.<\/p>\n<p>* Try to make at least 3 people smile each day.<\/p>\n<p>* Clear your clutter from your house, your car, your desk, and let new and flowing energy in to your life.<\/p>\n<p>* Don&#8217;t waste your precious energy on gossip, issues of the past, negative thoughts, or things you cannot control. Instead, invest your energy in the positive present moment.<\/p>\n<p>* Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum, but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.<\/p>\n<p>* Life isn&#8217;t fair, but it&#8217;s still good.<\/p>\n<p>* Life is to short to waste time hating anyone.<\/p>\n<p>* Don&#8217;t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.<\/p>\n<p>* You don&#8217;t have to win every argument.  Agree to disagree.<\/p>\n<p>* Make peace with your past so it won&#8217;t mess up the present.<\/p>\n<p>* Don&#8217;t compare your life to others&#8217;. You have no idea what their Journey is all about.<\/p>\n<p>* Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, and wear the fancy lingerie and pajamas. Don&#8217;t save it for a special occasion. Today is special.<\/p>\n<p>* No one is in charge of your happiness except you.<\/p>\n<p>* Frame every so-called disaster with these words: &#8220;In five years, wills this matter?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>* What other people think of you is none of your business.<\/p>\n<p>* Time heals almost everything. Give time time.<\/p>\n<p>* However good or bad a situation is; it will change.<\/p>\n<p>* Your job won&#8217;t take care of you when you are sick. Your family and friends will. Stay in to touch.<\/p>\n<p>* Get rid of anything that isn&#8217;t useful, beautiful, or joyful.<\/p>\n<p>* Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.<\/p>\n<p>* The best is yet to come.<\/p>\n<p>* No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, and show up.<\/p>\n<p>* Do the right thing.<\/p>\n<p>* Call your mother and father often.<\/p>\n<p>* Remember that you are to blessed to be stressed.<\/p>\n<p>* Enjoy the ride.
