Nutritional Yeast<br \/>\n\u00bd cup Vegetable Oil or Soy Margarine<br \/>\nBBQ Sauce (add as much or as little as you would like)<\/p>\n<p><strong> Instructions: <\/strong><br \/>\nSlice tofu \u00bc inch thick. Marinate in liquid aminos, garlic powder, onion powder and nutritional yeast for at least 1 hour. Heat vegetable oil in the skillet. Add tofu and lightly brown on both sides. Transfer tofu to a baking dish and add bbq sauce (make it nice and juicy!). Bake for 10-15 minutes on 350 degrees \u2013 covered. Serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p>*Note: It is not necessary to bake the tofu after you have browned it in the skillet. The baking process does enhance the flavor, but the tofu will be tasty either way.<\/p>\n<p>*This recipe can be used to make great tasting sandwiches or served with brown rice or your favorite vegetable medley!<\/p>\n<p>Serves 4.<br \/>\nBarbecue Sauce<br \/>\nEasy recipe for a tangy barbecue sauce.<br \/>\nYield about 1 c<br \/>\nTime 40 minutes<br \/>\nTools Wok or large saucepan Wooden spoon<br \/>\nYield about 1 c<br \/>\nTime 40 minutes<br \/>\nIngredients 2 T sesame oil<br \/>\n1c onion, diced (optional)<br \/>\n4 T ketchup<br \/>\n3 T Dijon mustard<br \/>\n2 T Tamari<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n2 t molasses<br \/>\n\u00bc c balsamic vinegar<br \/>\nt salt<br \/>\n\u00bd t pepper<br \/>\nPinch of Liquid Smoke (capful)<\/p>\n<p>Heat the oil over medium heat, add onions, and saute until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
