[5:21] Gillian Astrid: open a new file<\/p>\n

[15:22] Gillian Astrid: in the menu Modify – document, the size smaller- 400 x 100<\/p>\n

[15:24] Gillian Astrid: change the colour of your background<\/p>\n

[15:25] Gillian Astrid: now select the rectangle tool in the tool box<\/p>\n

[15:26] Gillian Astrid: and draw a rec. anywhere on the page – be sure to extend beyond the border
\n[15:26] Gillian Astrid: oh, use white<\/p>\n

[15:26] Gillian Astrid: for your fill<\/p>\n

[15:27] Gillian Astrid: select the arrow tool, select the rec. you drew<\/p>\n

[15:28] Gillian Astrid: press F8<\/p>\n

[15:29] Gillian Astrid: make sure graphic button is selected
\n[15:29] Gillian Astrid: hit OK<\/p>\n

[15:30] Gillian Astrid: open Properties dialog area at the bottom of your window<\/p>\n

[15:30] Gillian Astrid: select your rec. with the arrow<\/p>\n

[15:31] Gillian Astrid: go to color in the prop. area and select Alpha<\/p>\n

[15:31] Gillian Astrid: slide the % to the right to say 27%<\/p>\n

[15:32] Gillian Astrid: your triangle should be transparent<\/p>\n

[15:33] Gillian Astrid: to the top dialog-Timeline
\n[15:33] Gillian Astrid: numbered areas are frames<\/p>\n

[15:33] Everton: put a keyframe?

\n[15:38] Gillian Astrid: insert key frames at 10, 20, 30<\/p>\n

[15:40] Gillian Astrid: select frame 1, hold the shift key down and select frame 40
\n[15:40] Gillian Astrid: hold shift key
\n[15:40] Gillian Astrid: release. all frames should be highlighted<\/p>\n

[15:41] Gillian Astrid: oh before that, select frame 10
\n[15:42] Everton: so undo that?
\n[15:42] Gillian Astrid: yep<\/p>\n

[15:42] Everton: just F 10 – k<\/p>\n

[15:42] Gillian Astrid: yep. move your rec. any where other than where it is now<\/p>\n

[15:43] Gillian Astrid: do the same for frame 20, 30 and 40<\/p>\n

[15:46] Gillian Astrid: now select frame 1, hold shift key, select frame 40<\/p>\n

[15:46] Gillian Astrid: all frames should be selected<\/p>\n

[15:47] Gillian Astrid: right click..select create motion tween<\/p>\n

[15:48] Gillian Astrid: hit return button, see your effect<\/p>\n
