Cleaning Audio in Adobe Audition

1. Take a Sample of the bad audio where nobody is speaking
2. Go to effects > Noise Reduction -> Capture Noise Print
3. Select all and go to effects -> Noise Reduction -> Noise Reduction (process)
4. Adjust the sliders for the optimal sound, then hit apply
5. Next go to Effects -> Amplitude and Compression -> Dynamic Processing -> Compander hit spline curves hit ok, sounds wave will get thinner
6. Effects -> Amplitude and Compression -> Multiband Compressor -> Popmaster -> ok
7. Save your file.
